All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it.
Orders will be shipped from Monday to Saturday.
All expedited orders require a street address. We do ship to PO boxes.
Shipping is available to the 50 United States, and Territories (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Currently, we do not ship internationally.
We use USPS 1-3 days Priority Mail as our shipping carrier. We do provide the tracking number soon your item is shipped.
We don't hold any responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
We take care in packing each plant but we can't guarantee against blooms, buds, or spikes being damaged during shipping.
Please, plan accordingly due to your weather conditions. Let us know if you need a heat pack.
The heat pack is available, but we don't recommend it.
The heat pack is available to purchase in our store. Also, we can hold your plant until Spring.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
